Street Fighter III 3rd Strike: Fight for the Future is a 2D fighting video game released back in 1999 for the CPSIII system, and was later ported to other gaming consoles.The game is the second follow-up to Street Fighter III, following Street Fighter III: 2nd Impact and has many additional features that are absent from the previous games. Gameplay-wise, the game is identical to Street Fighter III: 2nd Impact, but with few noticeable additions and changes. The game is also noted to bringing back Street Fighter II version of the popular character Chun-Li, along with other new characters to the game.
